Tarek Moniem

Tarek established TCODE-Initiate in 2010, dreaming of facilitating the positive participation of marginalized groups and individuals that exist within Lebanese society.
Tarek has earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Systems from Arab Open University, as well as an accredited certification in Development Project Management from Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. He participated in and facilitated many training sessions concerning empowerment of vulnerable communities, presenting his work in Lebanon, Switzerland, Austria, Jordan, and Sri Lanka.
Tarek has been working in the humanitarian and development fields for over ten years and has worked with local and international organizations, such as the United Nations.
